In the 1950s, the 10-year-old Manu works selling newspapers to help support their family. With a deep love for soccer, they enjoy sharing the excitement of matches with their grandparent. When their only means of following an important final breaks, the child must come up with a creative solution to ensure their grandparent can still experience the big game.
However, an unexpected challenge threatens to derail their plan, leading to a thrilling chase across the city. Will they find a way to make the final match unforgettable for their grandparent?
