Persistent work makes construction possible. Time is pressing. Like industrious ants that are part of a system, we create new structures for ourselves, with which we rise or even fall. Two contradictory statements about the nature of building and its productivity. 

This installation made part of the exhibition “Achtung Baustelle!”. It consists of two projections: 

In a fixed projection, ants slowly reproduce while working on a structure that transforms in a  pyramid and also as a tunnel. In a mobile projection, an ant walks solitarily around a column while the phrase “distraction enables construction” can be seen in its wake.
